MS586FRQ industrial controller is the newest product developed by Mikroel. It is designed to control the operation of screw compressors, equipped with an inverter (frequency converter).
MS586FRQ is compatible with the controller MS386FRQ (24V). Some of its features have been improved and modified, also introduced a number of additional solutions and features that make the MS586FRQ controller functional, fault-tolerant and comfortable to use.
MS586FRQ has implemented PID algorithm that controls voltage of the inverter within range of 0-10 VDC. The accuracy of calculations and processing of high resolution DAC converter (12 bit) ensure smooth and precise engine speed change. This results in maintaining a constant pressure at a given level and the electricity savings of up to 40% compared to standard control. Additionally it reduces consumption of the compressor engine.
MS586FRQ can be freely adopted to different production requirements and work specifics thanks to its versatility, resulting from possibility of change of many important parameters. User has the ability change start and stop times of the machine, as well as minimum and maximum voltage that controls motor speed.
MS586FRQ controller is based on 32-bit NXP microcontroller recognized by high resistance to industrial noises. High precision measurements provide 12 bit ADCs. TFT-LCD display with graphical user interface and keypad and LED significantly improve the working comfort. Using two communication interfaces RS485 and CAN allow for network work with simultaneous data acquisition and visualization on a PC, in real time.
