XAIR Webserver Visualization System

The new XAIR Line series controllers have an optional embedded Webserver system, which is hosted directly from the controller to the internal LAN. This ensures the highest level of cybersecurity. The Webserver monitors operating parameters, sensor readings, energy consumption, warnings, errors, operating counters and networked compressor operation.

Remote monitoring of compressor and network operation

XAIR Webserver is an advanced tool for remote monitoring and diagnostics of compressors. The Webserver operates within the internal LAN network, which means all data is stored and processed locally, without the need for external clouds or servers. This ensures full control over the data and the highest level of cybersecurity within the end user’s internal infrastructure.

Visualization of operation parameters and work schedule.

The system offers full real-time visualization of compressor operation, enabling monitoring and optimization of its performance. With XAIR Webserver, users can track device operating parameters, manage schedules, and respond instantly to diagnostic messages. The graphical presentation of data, characterized by high clarity, makes it easier to optimize compressor performance and reduce energy consumption costs.

Tools for service teams to perform remote diagnostics.

An additional advantage of the XAIR Webserver is its set of tools for fast and precise service diagnostics. With the use of an encrypted VPN channel that ensures secure data transmission, it is possible to view the webserver remotely, which significantly reduces service response time and allows to resolve many issues remotely.
