XAIR Worker from the XAIR Line series is a modern and compact controller designed to manage oil-lubricated screw compressors with power up to 22 kW.
The device supports compressors in both traditional star-delta configuration and inverter- controlled setups using Modbus RTU communication. The controller offers ready-made presets for popular inverters such as Yaskawa, Danfoss, ABB, DELTA, and others.

Convenient Device Operation
The XAIR Worker controller is equipped with a 3.5-inch color screen, providing excellent readability of all messages. The system for displaying warnings and errors related to the compressor and inverter operates in three modes: textual, graphical, and via Webserver, enabling quick fault diagnosis.
The side keyboard ensures smooth and intuitive compressor operation. Combined with an optimized interface architecture, the XAIR Worker controller enables precise navigation through all device functions. Configuration is extremely simple and does not require extensive manual reading.
Navigation using the side keyboard is exceptionally comfortable because the intuitive controller architecture allows the user to move smoothly through all functions.
Inputs and Outputs
The XAIR Worker controller offers flexible configuration with 11 inputs and 7 outputs. It supports various types of sensors, eliminating the need to replace them in the compressor – simply select the appropriate sensor from the menu.

Pressure measurement from -50 to 50 bar.
Support for temperature sensors, with individual configuration possible (PT-100, PT-1000, KTY-84, PTC).
Support for current transformers in the 5 A standard, with primary currentconfigurable from 0–100 A directly in the controller.
6 digital inputs and 7 digital outputs with configurable logic (NO/NC) for each input/output independently.
